Want to get to our event on time and without the worry of traffic or delays? Or perhaps you want to stay until the very last minute of what will be an epic after party and want to make sure you have a place to lay your head? No fear, we have toured many hotels and found the one we think fits with our vibe.

The Holiday Inn Brooklyn Downtown is situated in an ideal location with the exciting neighborhood encompassing all that you'll need for your business or leisure travel from the Barclay Center, world–renowned universities, The Brooklyn Hospital Center, DUMBO, Metro Tech and Brooklyn Navy Yard. We are thrilled to have them host the New York City Planner Addicts Expo speakers and attendees.

We know many are apprehensive about traveling right now. We have reached out to the hotel and they have provided us with some of their safety guidelines to help keep guests safe and ensure an enjoyable visit. This includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, and guests can expect to see enhanced procedures, which will include: face covering requirements, various ways to reduce contact throughout the hotel, social distancing measures within public spaces and procedures based on local authorities’ guidance and/or advice.

If you already had your ticket from 2020 and booked the hotel, your room has been automatically canceled. Do not worry about getting a credit card charge or having to cancel (in case you forgot you made a reservation). Given this circumstance, all attendees must re-register for a hotel room for the new date if you desire a room.
